Yes, Wrappers sends international orders by Royal Mail International. Russia is classed as 'Europe' by Royal Mail.
Royal Mail's estimates for worlwide deliveries are very optimistic in our experience. For delivery to Europe, allow seven days from date of dispatch; for deliveries to World Zones 1 and 2, allow 14 - 21 days.
