Ducati Diavel Titanium and Alcantara

Ducati has introduced Alcantara seating on one of its high-end motorcycles. Pictured is Ducati's new Diavel Titanium motorcycle with an Alcantara seat.

Many of the world's premier auto makers offer Alcantara materials on seating, instrument panels and headliners, but a growing number of vehicle makers are finding other uses for Alcantara as well.

Wrappers uses Alcantara in its slim fit line of protective covers for phones, tablets and laptops.

Alcantara is up to 50 percent lighter than leather, is more breathable and provides additional grip regardless of temperature. The material is scratch-proof, classified as Carbon Neutral and comes in a range of colours and finishes that compliment  the world of tech.
